Baron Banner: How did you feel when you first found out you made ASB Executive Council?
Andy Chau: I felt dazed because everyone was a really great candidate, and I was scared of not making it.
BB: Was it a lot of work to plan for the elections?
AC: It sure was. I had to go to Sacramento the weekend prior to elections, so stress was high.
BB: Any advice for students who are interested in running next year?
AC: Reach out to students and think of elections like marketing.
BB: Are you ready for the commitment of ASB next year?
AC: I am; I have the time and energy to do it.
BB: What do you enjoy doing in your free time outside of school?
AC: I\’m in a youth group on the weekends. I paint and relax. Keeping up with current events is also a favorite!
BB: How would you describe your high school experience as of today?
AC: Educational and maturing but not as rewarding as I would prefer, I\’ll change that though.
BB: Do you have any future goals or plans in mind?
AC: Definitely. I am going to increase the communication between ASB and the rest of the school with BBN and other media.
BB: If you could change one thing in the world, what would it be?
AC: It\’s hard to answer this without sounding corny, but I would want the world to be more compassionate and loving.
BB: If you could possess any super power, what would it be?
AC: Make food unending.
BB: What\’s your favorite animal and why?
AC: My favorite is the elephant. It\’s quiet, wise, has deep emotion, chubby, and über chill.
BB: Thank you for you time!
AC: No, thank you!
