Interview By: Angelica Yaghoubi
BB: How did you get involved in tennis and at what age?
Raffi: I started in the sixth grade because my mom put me in it and I continued from there.
Nam: I started playing when I was 11 by playing group tennis at Mile Square Park.
BB: What are your goals for tennis?
Raffi: I just want the future Baron tennis players to succeed.
Nam: I don’t have any, but I want to make it into CIFs.
BB: Would you like to continue tennis throughout college?
Raffi & Nam: NO
BB: Any inspiration?
Raffi: Andre Agassi
Nam: Tupac
BB: It’s said that tennis players have a grunt. Do you?
Raffi: Not really, unless I serve hard.
Nam: Yes, when I am tired.
BB: How much time do you put in for tennis?
Raffi & Nam: Two hours a day and sometimes on the weekends with each other.
BB: Most Memorable moment?
Raffi: There are a couple. One day, on a Monday, I did not have my uniform and there was a match.
Also, we were on the bus and our coach took us an hour away to a wrong match. I love Jay (coach).
Nam: When our coach had a bottle of Vicks, and when he thought the season was over two matches into the season.
BB: What do you think of the other tennis players on the team?
Raffi & Nam: They keep our team going even though some are stupid.
BB: What would you like to tell your fans?
Raffi & Nam: Who watches tennis?
BB: Quick! Random Fact!
Raffi: No one knows I play tennis.
Nam: The Lakers are my favorite team EVER!
BB: Thank you for your time.
Raffi & Nam: You’re welcome.
