At first glance, Jeff has the appearance of a young freshman with a shy personality, but he is a great example of not judging a book by its cover. Jeff Li Nguyen is actually a senior with a very friendly and awesome personality.

Jeff’s, or as many call him, Jeffy’s, hobbies are photography, drawing, and graphic design. He believes that art and expression are “ ways to defy time, preserve a moment or opinion, and save it for the future.” Aside from the arts, Jeff finds satisfaction from caring for animals, hiking, playing tennis, and occasionally setting things on fire.

Jeff has two siblings, a younger brother and sister. Since he was little, Jeff had always been inspired by landscape and structure. His future goal is to become an architect so he can “leave a mark on this world, but also play ‘God’ by creating new worlds above our own,” and maybe someday be able to “point to the distance” and design a building.

If you see Jeff around school, don’t judge him by his appearance, because you’ll lose the opportunity of meeting such a remarkable and talented person.
