Sabrina Syed is a junior at Fountain Valley School with a hectic schedule.

Besides being a member of the Baron Banner for two years, Sabrina is also actively involved in many clubs on campus including Model United Nations, California Scholarship Federation, and Academic Decathlon. Her schedule of eight classes which includes tennis, leaves her very little free time.

But in the few moments Sabrina does get to herself, she enjoys reading a good book, shopping, and trying new food. Sabrina’s dream is to see the world and so far she’s made slight progress by visiting 12 different countries. She doesn’t get to do much traveling during the school year though and eagerly awaits a summer free of classes so she can board an airplane and experience the culture, beauty, and thrill a new country has to offer.

She hopes to pursue a medical career as a pediatrician. A love of children as well as a passion for helping people led Sabrina to decide her career when she was only eight.

Sabrina feels lucky to be a student at FVHS where she can not only choose classes and clubs that will help her in life, but that she can be a part of a school where many students share big dreams like her.
