Tooba Ghias

Senior Tooba Ghias has been writing for the Baron Banner for the last three years. A frequent writer of editorials, Tooba loves to express her opinions.  

Outside of school, Tooba participates in her religious community and finds it one of the most important aspects of her life. She also volunteers at the Fountain Valley Regional Hospital as an administrative assistant.  

Some of her hobbies include reading, surfing the web, and most of all, spending time with her friends. She especially needs a break from her hectic life as the oldest child out of two younger brothers and another sister.  

Some of Tooba’s pet peeves include disorganization and the times when her brothers decide to argue with her.  

One of her goals this year is to make it out of first semester alive as a result of stressful college applications. And after that? An enjoyable semester of relative relaxation.
